Is Projo free for investors and lenders?
Yes. Borrowers and lenders both use Projo at no charge today, with no subscriptions. Optional LLC formation is available separately.
When does AI underwriting activate?
When analysis has run on a submission. There is no paid tier. Features are included for lenders on the platform.
How does Projo make money?
Today, only optional per-project LLC formation (~$299 plus state fees). We plan to charge lenders a fee per qualified deal lead, but it is not active yet and we will give notice first. Projo is not a broker and takes no commission or percentage of any loan.
